Long after the Hong Kong pro-democracy protest is over, and whatever the outcome, the gritty surface of the city&#8217;s public spaces will figure largely in the memories of the people who took part. The asphalt has been a major player in the drama of the so-called Umbrella Revolution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
